Organic Garlic, Red Chesnok (lb)

• A fairly well adapted variety originally from Eastern Europe
• This flavorful garlic is nice and full, but with a mellow aftertaste
• One of the best garlic varieties for roasting, with a sweet garlic flavor.
• Does not store as well as some others (maximum holding time is about 6 months)
• Intense flavor that remains even when cooked
• About 8-10 cloves per bulb and 4-5 bulbs per pound
• 2″ and larger diameter bulbs
• Grown in California
